Every Friday I post a few beauty/skincare tips. However, this Friday I felt the desire to discuss inner beauty, which in my opinion is more meaningful and beautiful than any outer shell one may hold.
By definition, inner beauty may be described as something that’s experienced through a person’s character rather than by appearance. But does inner beauty only exist on the inside? Is it something that cannot visually exist?
Have you ever known a woman that is absolutely stunning or a man that looks as if he stepped right off a page of GQ? Only to then one day look upon that very person and as if overnight their once enchanting looks have faded.
Have you ever met a person that at first glance you really didn’t notice? – Only for them to become the most beautiful person you have ever known.
Inner beauty not only exists within, but transcends to our outer self.
Honesty, confidence, a kind word or gesture, calmness, thankfulness and appreciation for that in life – An uplifting energy that is felt by others without ever have spoken a word – This is what it means to be truly beauty.
Outer beauty is on borrowed time and as much as we fight against it, eventually will undoubtedly fade. Inner beauty however, is eternal and in this world will remain long after we have left it.
“Beauty isn’t about having a pretty face. It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart, and most importantly, a pretty soul”
