Monat’s Rejuveniqe Oil Intensive for Skin (Review)

Rejuveniqe Oil Intensive Skin Benefits – for all skin types
As an Aesthetician, it’s only natural that I also be interested in the benefits Rejuveniqe oil has on the skin. I knew how great it had worked for my hair, but what about my skin?
Prior to becoming a Monat Partner, I was told Rejuveniqe was not only an amazing haircare product, but used for the skin as well. – And to be honest, this scared me a bit.
When it comes to promoting any product I am extremely critical, especially when we are talking skincare. However, just as for the hair, so was I impressed with the benefits and results Rejuveniqe gave my skin.

On average, a spa quality facial serum will cost approx. $100.00+. Yet many still at this price point may not contain the number of high-quality and rare oils found in Rejuveniqe. – And they certainly may not last as long. Many similar products are found in a gel consistency. A gel form just isn’t as long lasting. I have been using the same bottle of Rejuveniqe for the past 4 ½ months and I still have plenty left. This bottle has been used for skin and hair, for myself and my daughter. – A little goes a very long way!

Rejuveniqe is hands down not only the best oil I’ve ever used for my hair, but for my skin it has also done wonders. This product could just as easily stand alone in the skincare industry as an essential addition to any good skincare regimen. – And who doesn’t love those multi-tasking products!

(Many of these oils will only be found in your more high-end lines. – For some, It was only fairly recent that they started making their way into the world of skin-care at all.)

Abyssinian Oil: A natural seed oil with an ultra-light, non-greasy skin feel. It has a unique molecular structure not found in any other naturally occurring substance. It contains a high percentage of unsaturated C22 fatty acids, making it highly resistant to oxidation. One of the most important features of the Abyssinian oil is that it is very easy absorbed into the epidermis tissue, which generates noticeably smoother texture to the skin. – Significantly improves tone and texture. Often compared to Jojoba Oil, Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil is higher in Erucic Acid. For the skin, this means a strong concentration of intensely nourishing Omega 9, a non-essential fatty acid. As a very stable and long lasting seed oil it rapidly penetrates the outer layers of the epidermis, deeply nourishing the skin while providing a smooth, soft layer of protection against dehydration. This oil closely mimics human sebum and can control the overproduction of sebum which can lead to acne and is great for skins that loose moisture easily. Being very silky in texture, makes a great natural alternative to silicone in natural skincare products, as it provides a beautifully soft, shine on the skin, without sacrificing skin health.

Monoi Oil: considered the “sacred oil of the Polynesians,” as it was traditionally used by priests in worship ceremonies to anoint newborns and purify objects. It is cultivated by soaking Tiare Tahiti blossoms (an exotic gardenia) in refined coconut oil. Loaded with protective antioxidants like vitamin E and ferulic acid, a plant-derived anti-inflammatory that neutralizes free radicals, fights signs of aging and treats certain skin conditions that predispose to infections, most notably atopic dermatitis. Locks in moisture.

It’s very emollient due to its high composition of long chain fatty acids and vitamin E, which not only deeply moisturize but also serve as a powerful antioxidant gobbling up free radicals and keeping them from harming your skin.  Because of these properties, it has amazing hydrating and rejuvenating benefits.

It’s beneficial to treat rough, dry skin conditions like dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.

Buriti Oil: The effects of Buriti Oil are quite remarkable. It has the ability to nourish, moisturize, and repair the epidermis while reducing wrinkles by improving mature skin elasticity. *Monat obtains these oils from all around the world where found to be most potent and pure. Again, this is something only found in your high-end lines. Potent oils in their purest form are very expensive and is usually a cut corner in the beauty industry. If anyone EVER questions on whether or not Monat is of professional grade…it most certainly is!
Due to the oils light nature, it can be applied directly to the skin and should not cause skin irritation/breakouts. – Or mix 1-2 drops into your day and night cream prior to application. (This is the method I use and I love it!)

*With continued use one should notice a reduction in wrinkles and skin irritations. Tone and skin texture will improve. elasticity, hydration, pores minimized and an overall glowing, more youthful appearance.

*Apply to eye area for protection, hydration and to lengthen lashes. (You will love the lash benefits!)FB_IMG_1427694127240
